INTRODUCTION
MEET ERIKA HOLGUIN
Welcome to my first ever full body workout guide! I started my journey back in 2020 with the hopes to transform my body. Though the goal has been achieved I’ve learned that health & fitness is so much deeper than “body goals “. Through fitness I’ve learned how to be confident in my own skin, how to grow discipline, and how to push past any limits my mind presents. When I first wanted to get into fitness, I had no idea where to start, or what to do. I felt completely lost and I let that stop me from getting started.
During COVID, I got an immense passion to learn about health & fitness. Throughout my journey I’ve been able to expand my knowledge, gain more experience, and learn so much more about the field.
I created this guide for anyone who was in my shoes when I first wanted to get into the gym. I want to share everything I know with you, with the hopes to help you transform not only physically but mentally as well. Fitness has molded me into the woman I am today, and my passion is to help and inspire people to change their lifestyle. If I’m capable that means you are too.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
This workout guide should be done at your own pace; rest when it’s necessary or when you’re tired but do push yourself past your limits. Often, you’re way stronger than you think, so don’t be afraid to push a
little harder.
Remember, if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you! I Created this guide to help you but your results are all on you! No one can put the
work in for you except YOU.
This guide will consist of a 6 week program where you will be training 5 days a week and resting for 2. The workouts and movements have been made simple but effective to get you into a routine.
